When operating, install a dust cover or ball valve on the oil hole, and use felt. , cotton, wool, etc. as a filtering device.

Second, drip lubrication

Usually used for light-duty and medium-load bearings with a peripheral speed of less than 4 ~ 5m / s, from the container through the hole, needle, valve, etc. to supply a roughly quantitative lubricant, the classic is the drip oil cup, the amount of oil with the lubricant There are significant changes in viscosity, bearing clearance and oil supply hole position.

Third, the oil ring lubrication

The oil in the oil pool is brought into the bearing by a ring that can be rotated on the shaft and can be rotated (only for the lubrication method of the horizontal shaft). It is suitable for medium and high speed bearings with a shaft diameter of more than 50mm. The oil ring is seamless. When the bearing width-to-diameter ratio is less than 2, only one oil ring can be used, otherwise two oil rings are required.

Fourth, oil rope lubrication

Relying on the capillary and siphon action of the oil rope, the lubricating oil in the oil cup is introduced into the bearing, mainly used for light-load and medium-load bearings with a peripheral speed of less than 4~5m/s, and the oil rope can be filtered throughout the process. The role.
